I have done other coaching programs/course and they didn’t work, how is Alba different?
Inside this coaching program, I coach you on an integrative framework that covers 5 levels of change (embodiment, emotional, behavior, unconscious, and mental), so you can be supported where you are in your transformation and confident to make the changes to live the life you have always dreamt of! Most programs just cover behavioral change. And, maybe a bit of mindset training. But the truth is, a masterful coach meets people where they are - which means you will be coached on all 5 levels of change, ensuring that you will be able to achieve the transformation you are looking for.

No, health coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. As a health coach, I may work in conjunction with medical professionals to provide complementary support.
